1. Introduction

Welcome to TimekeeperX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TimekeeperX HRMS platform and any related services provided by us. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Our services provide a comprehensive suite of tools for employee management, payroll automation, leave and attendance tracking, and more.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use TimekeeperX, you must register for an account. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use our service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the data and content you upload and manage within TimekeeperX. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

4. Fees and Payment

Our service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on what subscription plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account management page.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

5. Data Security and Privacy

We take data security seriously. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Our platform is built on a secure technology stack including NodeJS, Express, and MongoDB. You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your data. We will not access your data except to provide the services, prevent or address service or technical problems, or as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The TimekeeperX service and its original content (excluding data provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TimekeeperX and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TimekeeperX.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you can do so by canceling your subscription. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will notify registered users via email of any significant changes.
